Associate Professor Ronnie Ptasznik

Associate Professor Ronnie Ptasznik graduated from Monash University in 1981 and completed training in Radiology in 1991, specializing in Musculoskeletal Radiology. He has lectured internationally in Europe, Asia and the United States and has published many peer reviewed articles and text books in this area.
He has also lectured radiology trainees in dental radiology at the University of Melbourne.
Associate Professor Ronnie Ptasznik is the Director of Clinical Imaging Services at Monash Health, Unit Head of Radiology at the Clayton campus and is also the Director of Ultrasound.
As a founding partner of Maxillo Facial Imaging (MFI) in 2006, Associate Professor Ronnie Ptasznik works closely in collaboration with Professor Paul Monsour and Dr Scott McNab to provide a comprehensive opinion on the entire data set obtained by a Cone Beam CT scan which includes, in addition to the odontogenic structures, the skull base, sinuses, airways and TM Joints.
